DIAGMA, a consulting firm specialized in Supply Chain Management and Logistics since 1973, announces the arrival in early May of Lionel BOUSQUET as Manager, in support of his teams. Lionel BOUSQUET counts more than 20 years of experience, mainly acquired within the automotive industries (AUTOLIV, JOUBERT GROUP, ZODIAC AUTOMOTIVE) and aeronautics (ZODIAC AEROSPACE) in management positions in Operations, Operational Excellence and Supply Chain.

Lionel BOUSQUET has also managed large teams (more than 600 people) and led many transverse projects: global planning from S&OP (Sales & Operations Planning) to workshop monitoring, upstream supply chain optimization and logistics internal integration, implementation of internal and external platforms, migration of ERP and more widely, deployment of Operational Excellence standards in multi-site and multi-country environments (France, Germany, Tunisia, Morocco, UAE, South Africa). Engineer in Mechanical Systems Engineering graduated from the University of Compiègne, he completed his training with a Master of Science in Management of Production at the Chalmers University of Technology in Gothenburg, Sweden.
